1. Go to www.minnesotaultimate.org to register yourself as a player on our team. Follow these directions. You will need to login or create an account with Minnesota Ultimate. As part of this process, you will also renew or create a membership with USA Ultimate and pay $36 for that membership. You no longer need to go to the USAU website; everything is done on the Minnesota Ultimate site.
2. Complete the Medical Authorization Form and turn in to your coach at practice.
3. Pay $50 team fee (check written out to Henry Sibley Ultimate) given to your coach.
